Ingredients
- 8 oz. Rigatoni pasta
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 14.5 oz. can Italian style diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, diced
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In large cooking pot, cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- Drain and set aside pasta. Reserve 1/4 cup water from the pot.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onions, garlic, and salt and pepper.
- Transfer ground beef to large cooking pot.
- Over medium-low heat, add pasta and cheese to ground beef and stir.
- Mix in diced tomatoes and reserved pot water and combine thoroughly.
- Continue heating for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
