Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tbs flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 oz can of crushed pineapple
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Spray 1 quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Beat eggs and combine with flour, and sugar.
- Stir in pineapple and pour into casserole dish.
- Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 1 hour.
