This recipe creates a simple and delightful pineapple casserole side dish, perfect for pairing with ham steak or pork chops. Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tbs flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 oz can of crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray 1 quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Beat eggs and combine with flour, and sugar.
  4. Stir in pineapple and pour into casserole dish.
  5. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
