Cookies
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2 cups oats
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Topping
- 1 tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Grease cookie sheet.
- Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the two bowls together and mix well.
- Use a teaspoon to drop 1 1/2" scoops of dough onto the cookie sheet.
- Combine 1 tbs. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon together and sprinkle over cookies.
- Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool in cookie sheet for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
