Ingredients

Cookies
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
Topping
  • 1 tbs. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Grease cookie sheet.
  3. Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and mix well.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Add the two bowls together and mix well.
  7. Use a teaspoon to drop 1 1/2" scoops of dough onto the cookie sheet.
  8. Combine 1 tbs. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon together and sprinkle over cookies.
  9. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool in cookie sheet for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
