Ingredients

  • 2-3 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup picante sauce
  • 2 10.5 oz cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 10.5 oz can condensed cream of jalapeño soup
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 bags instant rice
  • 2 tsp Montreal chicken seasoning
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Grease 9x13" casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Pour contents of mixing bowl into casserole dish.
  5. Bake dish uncovered for 65-70 minutes.
  6. Allow 10 minutes to cool before serving.
