Ingredients
- 2-3 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 2 10.5 oz cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 10.5 oz can condensed cream of jalapeño soup
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 2 bags instant rice
- 2 tsp Montreal chicken seasoning
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl.
- Grease 9x13" casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour contents of mixing bowl into casserole dish.
- Bake dish uncovered for 65-70 minutes.
- Allow 10 minutes to cool before serving.
