Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 14.5 oz. cans Mexican style diced tomatoes
  • 1 package chili seasoning
  • 1 30.5 oz. can chili beans
  • 1 15.5 oz. can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 15.5 oz. can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 15.5 oz. can dark red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In large cooking pot, cook the ground beef, garlic, chili seasoning, and chopped onions over medium-high heat until beef is browned.
  2. Add tomatoes and all of the beans.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of water and mix together gently.
  4. Cover and simmer over low heat 1 hour.
