This Beef Stroganoff is a creamy and comforting dish sure to satisfy your cravings. Tender beef stew meat is browned to perfection and simmered in a rich mushroom sauce made with condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat
  • 1 16oz package of egg noodles
  • 2 10.5oz cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 yellow onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 oz can of mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese

Instructions

  1. If needed, cut the stew beef into smaller bite sized pieces.
  2. Sauté beef and onion in a large skillet over medium high heat until browned; 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to medium low
  4. Stir in condensed soup, garlic, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, mushrooms, and milk. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook the egg noodles until they are tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  6. Add cream cheese to the meat and soup and mix well. Continue to simmer 10 minutes over low heat.
  7. Add sour cream and stir into sauce.
  8. Plate the noodles and serve the sauce on top. Enjoy!
